Service Description

Matrix reimprinting Matrix Reimprinting is a type of energy psychology technique that combines elements of traditional talk therapy, cognitive-behavioural therapy, and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) to help people release stress and trauma from their past experiences. It was developed by Karl Dawson in 2006. Matrix Reimprinting is based on the idea that our past experiences, particularly those that were traumatic or stressful, can become "trapped" in our energy system, leading to negative emotions, beliefs, and behaviours in the present. Matrix Reimprinting aims to release these trapped energies by creating a new, positive memory of the traumatic event. The process involves visualizing the past event as if it were happening in the present, and then "rewriting" the memory by introducing new, positive elements. This could involve changing the way we respond to the situation, or even creating a new outcome altogether. By doing so, we can release the negative emotions associated with the event and reprogram our subconscious mind with a more positive belief about ourselves and the world around us. Matrix Reimprinting can be an effective tool for managing stress, as it helps to release negative emotions and beliefs that may be contributing to our stress levels. It can also be used to address a range of other emotional and physical issues, including anxiety, depression, phobias, and limiting beliefs.
