Emotional Freedom Technique
Gentle relief for stress, anxiety, trauma and emotional overwhelm.
If you’re feeling constantly on edge, emotionally drained, or like something inside just won’t settle—you're not alone. Whether it's stress that won’t switch off, anxiety that comes in waves, burnout from trying to manage it all, or a past experience that still affects you today… it can be exhausting.
EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), also known as tapping, is a gentle and empowering way to support your emotional wellbeing. It’s especially helpful for:
-
Stress and anxiety that feels stuck in the body
-
Burnout from work, caregiving, or emotional overload
-
PTSD and trauma, including traumatic birth experiences
-
Phobias and fears that seem to come out of nowhere
-
Feeling “too much” or “not enough”—and everything in between

What to expect in a session

Together, we create a calm and compassionate space where you can feel safe to explore what’s going on beneath the surface—without needing to relive every detail.
We’ll begin by gently talking through what’s bothering you. Then, using your fingertips, we’ll tap on specific acupressure points on your face and upper body while focusing on certain thoughts, feelings, or memories. This combination helps calm the nervous system, ease emotional intensity, and shift old patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
You are fully in control at all times.
There’s no judgment, no pressure, and no need to talk about anything you're not ready for. Some clients prefer to stay quiet and simply follow along—and that’s perfectly okay.
By the end of a session, people often describe feeling lighter, calmer, and more grounded in themselves. Over time, EFT can help you respond to life’s challenges with more ease, resilience, and self-trust.
One of the most empowering parts of EFT is that it doesn’t end with the session. You’ll leave with a simple, practical tool you can use anytime—when emotions arise, when you can’t sleep, or even to gently support your child through their own big feelings. You’ll learn how to bring calm back, wherever you are.
