What is Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)?
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a very effective, yet gentle, alternative treatment for physical, mental, or emotional issues.
It combines varieties of disciplines including:
- Neuro linguistic counselling

- Thought Field Therapy
During the session we identify the core issue, I’m then using words and phrases that are tailored specifically to your individual circumstances, while tapping on meridian points of your body.
